Our teen-centric 7 step program to learn and train proactive mental fitness.
PlayWell 7 is our teen-centric program to learn and train proactive mental fitness in a structured and systematic way. Created for group training, It is intended to build a teen's mental strength, improve their focus, increase self-awareness and ultimately build self esteem.
It can be delivered directly by one of our own PlayWellMinds Trainers or through PlayWell7 certification training, to be executed yourself, for your own youth group.
The PlayWellMinds app is leveraged in the training program for individual exercises during and between sessions. Learning by doing, with repetition, over time are foundational principles for our program. And, like most things in life, the more you put into the training, the more you get out of it.
For schools, sports organizations and clubs, it is especially appreciated as a structured process and turn-key solution for a topic that is high on the agenda of all educators, but previously only addressed on a superficial level. Further, while it is designed specifically for teen learning and development, it is actually training the surrounding teachers / coaches / parents along the way.
