PlayWellMinds is born out of a belief that we need to do better for our youth. Our vision is clear: a future of resilient, happy, mentally strong teenagers ready for all that life has in store. 

We believe that the best way to achieve that vision is to equip teens early on with more knowledge, tools and training to proactively train their mental processing abilities.  As such, we are on a mission to revolutionize the way teens learn about mental resilience! A movement we call ‘Teen Mental Fitness’. 

Hundreds of studies have proven that mental training can improve both our performance and our overall well being. Just as our muscles need regular physical training to develop and strengthen, our brain needs regular training to develop the mental strength and strategies to handle life's ups and downs. And, like physical training or learning something new in school, it requires consistency and repetition over time to have real impact and make it stick. 

What started as an initiative to help one floorball team in Sweden thrive, has evolved to so much more.  A science-based 7 step program and unique app for mental training.  Reaching far and wide - across schools and clubs in Sweden, the United States and all the way to Australia.  From a side passion project to a dedicated team of passionate people coming together to further develop and spread Teen Mental Fitness.

We are parents ourselves, athletes and former athletes.  And this work is close to home for each of us.
