From our first pilot study of the PlayWell7 program in the spring of 2024, the feedback that we get from the teens has warmed our hearts.
Each entry in the app. Each feedback comment in the PlayWell7 program sessions. Each positive rating. Each milestone reached.
They tell us the message is getting through. It proves that we are onto something. For the good of young minds.
In the spring of 2024, we conducted our first real pilot of PlayWellMinds. We met approximately 110 young people aged 10-17 at 6 or 7 occasions.
They used PlayWellMinds based on their sport (football, floorball, or tennis) or based on their school. They had access to our unique app and program PlayWell 7.
The result was better than we could have ever hoped for.

... it has helped me in many different ways both within my sport and outside of it.

I feel great being able to talk about my feelings and seeing real world athletes use this strategy really makes me feel normal.
